Appointment and Reservations

 

We strongly recommend that you schedule appointments prior to your arrival. Walk in appointments are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Appointments can be made by phone or text message 24 hours a day to our Spa at +1(808)389-2202.

 

 

Cancellation

 

Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or appointment modifications be made at least 12 hours in advance. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen. We kindly request that you give us a courtesy call just to notify us that you will not be able to make it that day. We are very sorry to announce that no show clients without a courtesy call may not be able to rebook with us in the future.

 

 

Special Health Considerations

 

Please notify the front desk if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. This information may also be completed on your personal dossier upon arrival at the spa.

 

 

Arrival

 

We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow you ample time to sign the consent forms and get settled before your therapist is ready for you. We have a menu of refreshments and oshibori towels available to our spa guests.

 

 

Late Show

 

As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.

 

 

Shaving

 

Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. 

 

 

Age Requirement

 

All guests must be 18 or older to schedule a spa treatment unless accompanied by an adult.

 

 

Cellular Phones

 

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you set your cell phone to silent before entering the spa. 

 

 

Payment and Gratuities

 

We accept all major credit cards and cash payments as well as gift cards issued by our spa. Gratuities are always billed at the guest's discretion. Your kind gestures are always appreciated. 

 

 

Valuables

 

Our recommendation is to not bring valuables to the spa. The spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings.

 

 

Parking

 

Free customer parking available for our spa guests will be located in the parking area in front of the spa. Additional parking for spa guests are also available in the parking structure located behind the spa. Spa guests parking in the parking structure are required to sign in at the security office.

 

 

Special Occasions

 

Our party and group experiences are a sensory delight for glamour, luxury and relaxation. Whether celebrating a special occasion or relaxing with friends, HELLO BOMBSHELL has something for everyone. Please inquire for custom parties and group bookings. 

 

 

 

Gift Cards 

 

Spa gift cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. We will be more than happy to assemble a group of services that fit any personalities or special occasions. Cards may be purchased at the reception or by phone and may not be redeemed for cash

 

 

Products

 

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services.

 

Spa Promotions

 

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, deals, or third party gift certificates.
